The space

One of the best parts about this apartment is the large and comfy couch, according to our previous guest, Mr. Miller. “A perfect chill-zone after a long day of exploring,” he quotes. And the calm and relaxing atmosphere, according to his wife Brenda. “The earthy colour concept in this apartment is lovely. And the kids loved it here!” she said.

The neighbourhood

The district of Eiganes is located west of the city centre. And let me tell you, it's home to some pretty amazing stuff. In fact, this historical building used to belong to Arne Rettedal who was the Mayor of Stavanger city and largely responsible for making Stavanger the "City of Oil". In this area we’ve also got the fancy-schmancy residence of the Kielland family called Ledaal. Nowadays, it's used as a royal residence and for fancy events. Oh, and they've turned it into a museum too, so you can go check it out. Right across the street, there's this cool villa called Breidablikk, built by a big-shot shipowner named Berentsen back in 1881. They've turned that into a museum too, so it's open for everyone to explore. You should check it out!

Getting around

It’s easy! You’re within walking distance to museums, restaurants, shops, and bars, and at the same time in a lush, quiet, and secluded area with green surroundings. Must-sees like Old Stavanger, Breidablikk and Stavanger Cathedral are just a stroll away. The apartment is within walking distance to Stavanger train station and bus station. You can also request a private parking space on the property.

Superb experience. A real super host if I can give more than 5 out of 5 definitely deserve it. Its was my 1st visit to Norway and Tanaz provided me the necessary information, from the 1st step out from the airport directly to the location. Easy to communicate. All what I need for my stay was available and the place is exactly as shown. My next trip to Stavanger, definitely will be arranged with Staysville.

Very nice apartment, good location, close to city center. Quiet location with an easy access and parking available.

Vi hadde et to ukers flott opphold i leiligheten. 2 voksne og 1 barn. Flott beliggenhet ved parker og lekeplasser, gangavstand til sentrum, kort vei til Godt Brød. Ren og pen leilighet med fin størrelse på soverommene. Tilgjengelig parkering. Kjøkkenet er ikke så stort, men har alt man trenger for å lage alle måltider til en liten familie, hver dag. Supert med en flott altan med litt plass å nyte fineværet på. Tanaz er rask å få tak i, og vi opplevde vertskapet som veldig fleksible! Tusen takk!
